Helping you find your UGA community

We want all UGA students to feel seen, understood, and accepted. We believe we each play a role in this endeavor- from making a Residence Hall feel like a home, to feeling cared for at the University Health Center, or being welcomed into a student club.

When we each do our small part of helping everyone feel like they belong, it makes a big difference in our UGA community.

Our goal is to help to make this large campus feel smaller. Whatever you’re interested in or friendships you’re searching for, we are committed to help you find your people at UGA.

View our 800+ student orgs or book a one-on-one session with a peer to help find areas of campus involvement that align with your interests.

Connect with a student peer-to-peer mentor who can help match your interests or identities with programs and student organizations.

UGA students find connection … and a fresh look

James Stinson IV saw a disconnect between well-being resources and black male students on campus. Even though UGA has many well-being programs, Stinson, a fourth-year majoring in social work from Ellenwood, Georgia, and president of Black Male Leadership Society (BMLS) saw an opportunity for a student-driven avenue to connect black male students with well-being and belonging resources on campus. Working with Student Care and Outreach (SCO), Multicultural Services and Programs (MSP), and BMLS, Stinson launched UGA’s first Barbershop Talk last February 2023.
